Refunds & Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period ends 30 days from the date you received the goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by you takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us with a clear statement of your decision.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a full reimbursement within 30 days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Delivery Policy
We aim to provide reliable and timely delivery for all orders.
Smaller orders within the UK typically arrive within 3β5 business days.
Larger or bulk orders may take 7β10 business days, due to additional pick, pack, and handling requirements.
Delivery times may vary depending on seasonal demand and order volume, but our team will always keep you updated throughout the process.

The goods are unused and in their original packaging
Items Not Eligible for Return:
The following items cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g. perishable items or goods past their expiry date)
Goods unsealed after delivery and therefore not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you:
You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item
Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you
If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
